Cash and Credit refunds are not applicable.
In the case of an incorrect item being shipped by us, or an incorrect order being received by you, please contact our customer service team for an exchange. The exchange policy would remain the same for this case.

Customers must return the merchandise via traceable delivery (courier or registered post) at their own expense to our address.

Article changes during exchange are only possible if your previous article is sold out or the required size is unavailable.
Exchange is applicable only for waist size changes; the article length will be standard and cannot be exchanged.
We will gladly accept any unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags within 7 days of purchase for an exchange.
